There was a time when everything bothered me and threw me off my game. If something went wrong in my day, it sent me into a tailspin and downward spiral.
Eventually, I realized that the way I feel is entirely under my control. I just need to think myself into a better mood or do anything to put me in a better frame of mind.
For example, I’ll often fold sheets to put a smile on my face.
Don’t let anything – or anyone – screw with your day or your life. Especially those circumstances you’re completely powerless to stop.

Flat tires, traffic, spilled coffee, things breaking, things going missing, the news, the weather…like 99% of life is completely out of your hands.
When you’re in the moment just take a deep breath, let out a big “EH”, shrug your shoulders, and soldier on.
